Terms and conditions
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms of purchase are applicable and are considered accepted by the buyer when purchasing Eurosweet AB’s products. Eurosweet AB reserves the right to 10% over or under delivery. All our quotes, sales and delivery agreements apply with reservation for force majeure of any kind. Eurosweet AB assumes no liability or damages for delivery delays that may arise, directly or indirectly, due to circumstances over which Eurosweet AB does not prevail. Eurosweet AB reserves the right to cancel entered into agreements if conditions compel us to do so.
Leveransvillkor: Fritt vårt lager i Malmö – transport sker på bekostnad av och på mottagarens risk. Eurosweet AB har inget ansvar för försenad leverans som beror på transportör.
Transportsätt: Leverans sker med DHL/TNT om ej kunden, angivet annat transportsätt och sänt oss IFYLLDA transporthandlingar (Fraktsedel + tillräckligt antal ifyllda adresslappar)
Betalningsvillkor: Efterkrav, om ej annat är överenskommet. Leverans sker alltid mot efterkrav om förfallna obetalda fakturer avseende tidigare leveranser finns.
Reklamation: Reklamationer skall vara Eurosweet AB tillhanda senast 8 dagar efter erhållet gods. I annat fall skall fel reklameras inom skälig tid efter det att felet märks eller borde ha märkts eller annars kommit köparens kännedom genom reklamation från annan.
Returrätt: Köpet är alltid bindande då Eurosweet´s produkter tillverkas speciellt för kunden.
Reproarbete: Vid ej fullgod repro debiteras reprokostnad med 300:-/tim. Förslag & repro debiteras med 400:- vid utebliven order. Kunden ansvarar helt för att insända original är rätt. Risken för förvanskning av original som skett p g a att de översänts digitalt eller på e-mail står kunden helt & hållet för. Ringa avvikelser i trycket från godkänt färgprov som uppstått vid produktion är inte skäl för vägran till såsom fel av leverans. För telefonledes eller eljest muntliga meddelande korrekturändringar eller order ikläder sig företaget inget ansvar.
Original: Original lämnas i vektoriserad Ai, EPS, PDF, JPG eller PH filer.
Förvaring: 12-19° celsius och svalt. OBS inte i kylen.
Övriga villkor: I de fall då order annulleras av kund innan leverans hunnit ske debiterar Eurosweet de uppkomna kostnader, dock lägst 30% av ordervärdet. Eurosweet förbehåller sig rätten att nyttja referensexemplar från beställningar i marknadsföringssyfte”
Delivery terms: Ex warehouse in Malmö – transport is at the expense of and at the recipient’s risk. Eurosweet AB has no responsibility for delayed delivery due to carrier.
Mode of transport: Delivery will be by DHL / TNT if not the customer, specified other mode of transport and sent us FILLED shipping documents (Shipping note + sufficient number of completed address sheets)
Terms of payment: Debt collection, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery is always made on demand if past due unpaid invoices regarding previous deliveries exist.
Complaints: Complaints must be submitted to Eurosweet AB no later than 8 days after the goods received. Otherwise, errors must be reported within a reasonable time after the error is noticed or should have been noticed or otherwise the buyer’s knowledge has come through complaints from others.
Returns: The purchase is always binding as Eurosweet’s products are manufactured specifically for the customer.
Repro work: In case of unsatisfactory repro, the repo cost is charged at 300: – / hour. Proposals & repro will be charged with SEK 400 in case of missed orders. The customer is fully responsible for sending original is correct. The risk of distortion of originals that have occurred due to their being transmitted digitally or by e-mail is the customer’s responsibility. Minor deviations in the pressure from the approved color sample that arose during production are not grounds for refusal such as failure of delivery. The company assumes no responsibility for telephone changes or other oral communication proof changes or orders.
Original: Original is provided in vectorized Ai, EPS, PDF, JPG or PH files.
Storage: 12-19 ° C and cool. NOTE not in the fridge.
Other conditions: In cases where orders are canceled by the customer before delivery has been made, Eurosweet will charge the costs incurred, but at least 30% of the order value. Eurosweet reserves the right to use reference copies of orders for marketing purposes ”

SELLER’S RESPONSIBILITY The seller’s liability for damages is proven to be limited to a maximum of 10% of the purchase price. However, the seller is not liable for the damage suffered by the buyer through the seller’s delay, if the delay is due to an obstacle beyond the seller’s control, which he could not reasonably expect to have expected in the purchase and whose consequences he could not reasonably have avoided or overcome. Nor is the seller liable for the damage suffered by the buyer by the goods being in error if it has presented such an obstacle as referred to in the second paragraph to deliver faultless goods. The seller is only liable for damages through indirect loss if the damage is shown to be due to gross negligence on the part of the seller.
DISPOSAL PROCEDURES Since sweets are to some extent a fresh product, we want to simplify for our customers to always have the advertising candy new and fresh but still the advantage of the large quantity’s low price. Therefore, it is possible to buy the entire annual consumption at once, but have it delivered in smaller items. We print packaging for the entire order. If no call is made within 12 months, the remaining quantity is produced and the customer is charged.
Minimum quantity per call time:
Tablet boxes: 1000 pcs
Colors / caramels: 100 kg
Handling cost: SEK 250 / call-off opportunity.
The prices in the price list are in Swedish kronor and VAT and any sugar fee will be added. We reserve the right for any printing errors in the catalog / price list and reserve the right to change prices without prior notice during the validity period of the price list.
