Rhubarb Muffins with chocolate to hide

Quick and easy to bake these tasty muffins with interesting fillings.
14 medium-sized
- 75 g butter electricity margarine
- 1/2 cup cream, optional
- 2 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 3 ½ cups flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- about 3 rhubarb stalks
- 100 g dark cooking chocolate
Decoration:
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
Oven 225 °
To do this:
- Melt the butter in a saucepan.
- Let it cool.
- Add the cream.
- Stir in sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs.
- Mix flour and baking powder into a bowl.
- Add flour mixture to the pan.
- Mix to a paste.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
- Peel and slice the rhubarb finely, chop block chocolate coarsely.
- Add some rhubarb slices and a little chocolate hack into each muffin mold.
- Bake in middle of oven about 15 minutes.
- Let the muffins cool for a tea towel.
- Dust with icing sugar.
